Netherlands - Alcohol lock for Dutch drink drivers

Transport Minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen has informed parliament that the road transport authority (RDW) is to issue its formal approval of the alcohol lock hardware in mid-October. From 1 December Dutch drivers caught with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.13 percent will have an ignition lock fitted to their cars.
